Mission of HAMETI
The mission of the Haryana Agricultural Management & Extension Training Institute (HAMETI) is to enhance the efficiency of extension services through superior management and strategic planning. We aim to facilitate the field staff of the State Department of Agriculture and allied departments to adopt and implement bottom-up, farmer-participatory, and decentralized planning and control approaches.
At HAMETI, our focus is on empowering the agricultural workforce by providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage agricultural resources and interact with the farming community. By fostering a participatory environment, we encourage innovative ideas and solutions that originate directly from the needs and experiences of farmers.
